Project Brief
A challenging structural and interior renovation in a protected heritage zone. The project involved reinforcing the existing roof structure to accommodate a new full-height attic living space, which became a luxurious primary suite with a five-piece ensuite bathroom. All electrical and plumbing systems were upgraded to modern standards.
