Project Brief
This large-scale renovation included a full envelope upgrade to improve energy efficiency, involving the replacement of all windows and doors and the application of new exterior siding. The project also included a 600 sq. ft. addition to the rear for a new mudroom, laundry, and covered outdoor kitchen area.
Our Solution
We leveraged in-house design and construction experience to seamlessly blend the new addition with the 100-year-old structure. Our team ensured all energy upgrades (e.g., insulation, roofing) were executed simultaneously for optimal cost-efficiency and performance.
